Encantada Ch 26 is the newest tv channel in the Duke City. But only if you have Comcast cable.  But only if.  They are making a very noble effort to simulate PBS in their presentation of educational and arts programming….Programming such arts, cooking shows, and young adult and children’s programming. ..Keep an eye out ion early July for PEREA’S  CORNER.  I will be interviewing the latest and hottest authors. In the first shows you will be seeing the new Perry Mason type legal thriller author Jonathin Miller, the rocknroll history nut and his recounting, BANDSTAND, before Dick Clark.  one of the oldest book stores in
Albuquerque. Bar none. Located in the
Old Town Plaza, south across the street
from the gazebo, any and all titles are at
your finger tips. If not, owner John Hofsis
can tell you where to get it. I have done many

 book signings there for my novel SMILES GIGGLES AND LAUGHS. And I have always sold out. Plus it has to be the most

international book store in town. I’ve witnessed

tourists of all nationalaities come through the doors.
